Web ASIST Program for Rural and Remote Individuals and those impacted by Bushfires
Interact Psychology offers our evidence based assessment and treatment services to Individuals in rural and remote areas through our Web ASIST program.
The Web ASIST program provides services that are:
Accessible: Counselling sessions are available to individuals online using a secure browser based web-interface
Specialist: Our psychologists have extensive training and experience working with individuals and families from rural areas across and delivering evidence based treatment programs through online platforms.
Inexpensive: We are able to offer low cost online sessions with the aid of Medicare rebates that allow individuals in rural and remote and/or those affected by bush fires areas to access up to 10 sessions with a psychologist online.
Systemic: We adopt a systemic approach to treatment, considering well-being in the context of family, school, work and community functioning and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes.
Tailored: Each individual is assessed and treated on an individual basis with their individual needs and goals helping form the plan for their therapy and support
